Shipping Policy

📦 Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed on weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time. Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing may take a few extra days. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.
🌧️ Delays Outside Our Control
Like a sudden rainstorm, unexpected disruptions can happen! Raindrop Cutie is not responsible for delivery delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or high-volume postal seasons. We appreciate your patience and understanding when carriers face conditions outside our control.
📍 Tracking Your Package
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) as soon as your order ships. Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours of package pickup.
🩹 Damaged or Missing Items
At Raindrop Cutie, we carefully pack every order to ensure it arrives safely. However, once a package leaves our hands, it is in the care of the shipping carrier.
If Your Package Arrives Damaged
Raindrop Cutie is not liable for products damaged during transit. If your items arrive damaged, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. To help your claim succeed:

If Your Package is Missing or Stolen
If your tracking status says "Delivered" but you cannot find your package:

🚚 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Raindrop Cutie is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
